12^th National Annual Conference of

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are planning to conduct our conference, “The 12th National Clinical Cardiology Update- IACCCON 2023” from 22nd, 23rd & 24th of September – 2023 at HYDERABAD. National Conference will be attended by Cardiologists, Clinical Cardiologists, Physicians and Practitioners interested in Clinical Cardiology from all over India.

Indian Association Of Clinical Cardiologists (IACC) – an association formed by doctors who have completed their PGDCC (Clinical Cardiology) course in India. IACC was started in year 2008 with head office at Thiruvananthapuram. IACC has national body and state chapters. HYDERABAD state branch formed in October 2013 and around 550 members are enrolled so far. All over India IACC has more than 2250 PGDCC members who are practicing Clinical Cardiology. Every year IACC is conducting its annual scientific sessions, “The National Clinical Cardiology Update - IACCCON” in various states and the last year annual scientific sessions, “The 10th National Clinical Cardiology Update - IACCCON 2019” were in Kochi during September 2019.

For the year (2020) the Gujarat chapter of IACC won the bid and has decided to conduct the conference.For the year (2020) the Jharkhand chapter of IACC won the bid and has decided to conduct the conference.

“The 11th National Clinical Cardiology Update IACCCON 2020 ”  were in VADODARA during september 2020.” 

“The 12th National Clinical Cardiology Update IACCCON 2023” 

IACC is a registered body and has its own agenda and rules. Leading interventional Cardiologists from various states are the patrons for IACC and for HYDERABAD …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………will be our Course Directors and Patrons. We expect around 1200 delegates from all over India and abroad. The conference focuses on General Cardiology and Basics in ECG, Chest X- Ray , ECHO and Clinical Cardiology with separate halls for each. The approximate estimate for this conference will be around 90-95 Lakh Rupees, for which we need Educational Grant from pharmaceutical companies like you.

We expect your participation in IACCCON 2023 at HYDERABAD.

The organizing committee has proposed the following Educational Grant details.

• Every member would be given special recognition, accommodation and food for all the three days during the conference period.
• All members will be given special passes so that they can have access to event areas and cultural areas.
• Each and every member will be duly recognized by displaying their banners at different locations of venue (Hall A & Hall B).
• Funds raised will be utilized to cover the expenditure relating to local hospitality of participants, Food, Publications, Conduct of Technical Visit, Venue and Session Logistics etc.,
• As the members would be helpful in making the conference successful, they would be given spaces to place their products for display at the exhibition area /stall area.
• Based upon the Educational Grant amount, the members will be given time and the chair would introduce them.

Your Educational Grant amount can be sent by a DEMAND DRAFT /CROSSED CHEQUE in favor of IACCCON 2023 Payable at HYDERABAD and sent to the address mentioned below, indicating details of your Educational Grant plan.

Educational Grant DETAILS: 

PLATINUM Educational Grant

Amount Rupees 15,00,000 - FIFTEEN LAKH RUPEES ONLY which includes 70 complementary conference registrations for delegates of your choice with 10 complimentary registration for your company people totaling to 80 registrations. Complimentary registrations include accommodation in twin sharing basis and food at HYDERABAD during conference days and space for your stall, prominent recognition as a member of IACCCON 2023 in abstract booklet.

• 30% of amount should be paid at time of signing MOU.  Amount payable to be drawn in favour of IACCCON 2023 payable at HYDERABAD by demand draft or crossed cheque. Online transfer is also available.
• Remaining 30% to be given 6 months before the conference 
• Remaining 40% to be given one month before conference

DIAMOND Educational Grant 

Amount Rupees 12,50,000 - Twelve Lakh & fifty thousand Rupees Only which includes 50 complementary conference registrations for delegates of your choice with 10 complimentary registration for your company people totaling to 60 registrations. Complimentary registrations include accommodation in twin sharing basis and food at HYDERABAD during conference days and space for your stall, prominent recognition as a member of IACCCON 2023 in abstract booklet.

GOLD Educational Grant 

Amount Rupees 10,00,000 - Ten Lakh Rupees Only which includes 35 complementary conference registrations for delegates of your choice with 5 complimentary registration for your company people totaling to 40 registrations. Complimentary registrations include accommodation in twin sharing basis and food at HYDERABAD during conference days and space for your stall, prominent recognition as a member of IACCCON 2023 in abstract booklet.

SILVER Educational Grant

Amount Rupees 7,50,000 Seven Lakh & fifty thousand rupees only which includes 26 complementary conference registrations for delegates of your choice with 4 complimentary registration for your company people totaling to 30 registrations. Complimentary registrations include accommodation in twin sharing basis and food at HYDERABAD during conference days and space for your stall, recognition as a member of IACCCON 2023 in abstract booklet.

BRONZE member 

Amount Rupees 5,00,000 - Five Lakh Rupees Only which includes 12 complementary conference registrations for delegates of your choice with 3 complimentary registration for your company people totaling to 15 registrations. Complimentary registrations include accommodation in twin sharing basis and food at HYDERABAD during conference days and display area at exhibition stall, small sign recognition at conference registration area and recognition as a member of IACCCON 2023 in abstract booklet.

1. One scientific session 30 minutes - 3,00,000 Three Lakh Rupees Only
• Food and accommodation for three persons of your company on conference days.
• Benefit - name and logo will be featured during the session on the programme guide and free placement of leaflets in delegate kit.
2. Echo workshop two hours (2) - 3,00,000 Three Lakh Rupees Only
• Food and accommodation for three persons of your company on conference days.
• Benefit - company machine used during the session, name and logo featured during the session, on the programme guide and free placement of leaflets in delegate kit.
3. Lunch on day one of conference - 4,00,000 Four Lakh Rupees only
• Food and accommodation for three persons of your company on conference days.

4. Dinner on day one of conference - 5,00,000 Five Lakh Rupees Only
